The 50/50 Man

Sir Jack Petchey, presenting his book; 50/50 MAN The Petchey Story to Mr. Hillary Ugo Nwaukor; President, Entrepreneurs Society (ESOC) University of East London - Award winning Society NUS 07/08.

At i-naira.com, we conceptualise and design products that are customer centric; products that are implemented deliberately to benefit everyday Nigerians. This vision feeds into every product released by our platform as well as future products that will emerge from our steads.

Give & Take Product is our very first product that constituted our pre-launch marketing strategy to build a pervasive base of customers towards the role out of iNairaBid; an auctioning platform. The product was a performance base product, which rewards existing members of i-naira.com with 50%
of the registration fees of a new customer. This marketing strategy was purely driven by two core factors (need for money and trust). The former (financial motivations) while the latter (trust and personal relationship with friends and family) to drive sales. These factors are interwoven strength of the strategy.

During my time of study at the University of East London (UEL) 2007-2008, I was elected President of Entrepreneurs Society. Our patron at the time was a seasoned East London business man (Sir Jack Petchey) popularly known as the 50/50 Man – his success in business was mostly derived from the principle of meeting people half way (50/50) while negotiating for any business. I was privileged to meet Sir. Jack Petchey.

Back cover with Mr. Hillary Ugo Nwaukor's visitation name tag . The name tag helped Mr. Petchey to clearly address his visitors by their first names owing largely to his age.

Accordingly, Sir Petchey, shared his business insights with me - his kind words  and wisdom at that time stock with me and informed the principles I have come to adopt in business today (to meet my partners, customers half way) on business engagements.  This is what informed the strength of revenue sharing concept (Give & Take) on i-naira.com. Click here to bid & earn.

Give & Take requires a new customer to register with a one-time fee of N2000. This revenue is then shared with the customer who referred the new user to our platform (50/50) as a reward for their effort towards our need to build a robust auction customer base.

We reward you with N1000 on each effort which will count collectively towards your earning an item on the auction deal you selected. Click here for deals.

See a sample deal below where the customer is required to refer 16 new users to earn N28,000 in 8 days.

This is a bid system where the value proposition to the customer is cash reward for assisting us build a healthy bidders base. So this auction system gives you deal, if you are happy with it you subscribe. When you subscribe your days to achieve the goal will begin to count. When you introduce a new customer, you make N1000 on each. Thus when you achieve the goal of 16 new customers, you would have earned N16,000 and then the system rewards you with extra N12,000 for job well done.

If you are unable to achieve this goal within the time frame, you still keep the money made so far but lose the final reward of N12,000.

Literally, it is safe to say that we created soft-employment for our customers where they can earn passive income while retaining their daily jobs elsewhere. All they need to do, is speak to their friends and family about i-naira.com and earn income when they register.

The benefits of registering on i-naira.com cannot be over emphasized. After registration, new and existing customers are at liberty to bid for items on our auction platform and win those items at up to 50% or less the going market rate for such items.
When we negotiate with vendors on behalf of the customer, we want them to meet us half-way just as we go half way with our customers when sharing revenue. All put together, benefits our customers.

Thank you.
